spring has sprung - or has it??

Spring is here!! This is not snow - it's hailstones. About ½" - ¾" hailstones!!

    1. It only lasted 5 minutes at the most - thankfully. All our plants survived the onslaught! Phew!

  4. The hail didn't reach us until early evening - and it is stll lying on the garden like snow!

    1. It was about 4pm it hit us. Douglas was out for a walk with Tilly and they were a wee bit wet when they got back!

  5. Wow, thank goodness I live down south! We had rain, quite heavy, but that's all. Dull and overcast again today here in Bucks.

    1. We had rain this morning but it dried up this afternoon to be more springlike. Let's hope it stays like this!!

  6. That's some hail storm. We had a short burst of hail yesterday afternoon but it didn't cover the ground like that.

  7. We had some hail yesterday too! One minute it was bright sunshine, and the next it was hailing - so much for March "going out like a lamb" ! ;-)
