yummmmmmmmmm!

For pudding on Sunday I made an apple cake tatin. It was loosely based on the Barefoot Contessa's plum cake tatin but I only used her caramel topping - 1 cup sugar & 1/3 cup water heated to 360º. I used apples instead of plums and I used an ordinary sponge mix - 6 oz butter, 6 oz sugar, 6 oz sugar and 3 eggs on the base. It was delish! :o)
